Job summary

Albemarle Corporation is seeking a Business Systems Analyst specializing in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) for a hybrid role based in Bangalore. The candidate will support, optimize, and enhance enterprise systems, partnering with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions across warehouse operations.

Required are 8+ years in SAP/EWM domains, multiple full lifecycle implementations, and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and business processes.
• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, supply chain, warehouse management, or SAP.
• Experience in warehouse operations in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
• SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM experience.
• 3 full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Experience integrating EWM with TM, QM, PP, and SD.
• SAP EWM certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse processes and requirements; provide functional support across SAP EWM modules.
• Coordinate integrations with S/4HANA MM, PP, QM, SD, TM, and automation.
• Resolve data, integration, and process issues; deliver enhancements through design, testing, deployment, and governance.
• Support system enhancements, projects, or technology implementations.
• Promote automation, analytics, and AI-enabled process improvements.
