Medtronic is seeking a field sales professional in Concepción, Chile, joining a hybrid role to promote medical devices and services across assigned accounts.

You will build long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals, deliver product education, gather market feedback, and help optimize customer outcomes. The ideal candidate has at least one year selling experience in health sector and a health-related degree; English is a plus.

Formación

• Title university degree in kinesiology, nursing or surgical instrument technician.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in health sector (public or private).
• Experience entering the operating room is a plus.
• Intermediate English is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes and markets Medtronic products and services within assigned geographic area and client accounts.
• Develops, builds and strengthens long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Responsible for pursuing needs assessment and delivering product services to maximize benefits from Medtronic products or services.
• Promotes and delivers product training and education. Conducts market research including customer and competitor activities; informs strategy and communications to internal teams.

Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y se pueden asignar otras tareas: Promueve y comercializa productos y servicios dentro de un área geográfica asignada y cuentas de cliente específico o para cumplir o exceder los objetivos de ventas de Medtronic. Responsable de desarrollar, construir y fortalecer relaciones de largo plazo con las partes interesadas incluyendo distribuidores y profesionales de la salud. Responsable de perseguir conductores, evaluación de necesidades y prestación de servicios de producto para maximizar los beneficios derivan de productos o servicios de Medtronic. Promueve y establece la formación de productos o servicios de la empresa. Realiza investigaciones de mercado, incluyendo las actividades de los clientes y competidores. Instrumentos de mercado planes/estrategias de desarrollo y cambios según sea necesario. Comunica el feedback de los clientes sobre nuevos productos o modificaciones a productos existentes o aplicaciones a los interesados internos incluyendo R&D, operaciones y Marketing.

Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos

Carera universitaria concluida kinesiología, Arsenalero / Instrumentador Quirúrgico, Licenciatura en Enfermería y/o carrera a fin al campo de la salud Mínimo de un año de experiencia relevante en ventas en sector público y privado en empresas de salud Experiencia entrando a quirófano Sería una ventaja contar con un nivel de inglés intermedio Se valora si cuenta con experiencia en portafolios de dispositivos médicos en Suturas, mallas, energía, grapeo y accesos Ubicación física de la vacante: Concepción, Chile
