Joshua Perets at Galeries de la Capitale seeks a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our fast-paced fashion team. You will promote the brand, assist customers, and help maintain attractive displays to drive sales.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail or service, strong communication, a fashion sense, and bilingual English/French. Flexible hours and weekend availability are a plus; the role may include a commission component.

Formación

• 1 year of sales experience in retail or service sector
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication, service orientation, and teamwork
• Bilingual in English and another language required; willingness to work in retail with flexible hours

Description

Provide efficient and courteous service to customers to maximize sales and promote the company's image of quality and expertise.

Position

Reports directly to the Store Manager. Represents an essential part of the store team and contributes to the creation of a healthy and pleasant atmosphere.

Main Job Functions

• Maximize sales and customer service
• Handle customer concerns and complaints
• Maintain merchandise displays
• Process payments/record all transactions on cash register
• Perform necessary household chores
• Assist with special promotions

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum 1 year sales experience (retail or service sector)
• General work experience or equivalent formal education: high school or equivalent.
• Other qualifications: excellent communication skills, service orientation, team player, fashion sense, bilingualism required, willingness to work in retail and flexible hours.
