A major beverage company is seeking an RTC Manager based in Santiago, Chile. This role involves leading strategic initiatives to grow business and optimize operations across SouthLAC markets. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, at least 10 years of experience in commercial roles, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. This position requires strong decision-making skills and the ability to innovate RTC strategies.

About the Role:

The RTC Manager will orchestrate strategic Route to Consumer (RTC) initiatives in key SouthLAC markets. This role is vital for growing our business, improving profitability, and optimizing operations through effective teamworks. The manager will coordinate all vital elements to implement commercial opportunities for Diageo.

Top 3 Accountabilities:

Develop and implement partners' capability plans across SouthLAC to improve Diageo's spirits relevance within their teams. Collaborate with RTD & Beer managers to innovate RTC strategies for the RTD business in Chile and Peru. Identify new RTC opportunities, explore potential sponsors, and lead transformation projects sought at growing the business.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Location: Based in Santiago de Chile or Lima, Perú; involves travel within SouthLAC (~20%).
  • Education: in Business or related field.
  • Languages: Proficient in English (spoken/written) and Spanish.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of comprehensive business experience with a focus on commercial roles.
  • Skills: Strong commercial decision-making skills including channel profitability analysis; project management skills for timely execution; ability to build positive relationships within/outside Diageo; distributor management experience is helpful.
  • Attributes: Self-starter mentality with a proactive demeanour; effective virtual presentation skills; change agent mentality.
