Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience as a Study Coordinator or Clinical Trial Liaison preferred 1–2 years.
• Location to hire: Santiago, Chile.

Responsibilities

• Develop study-specific action plans with research sites to accelerate patient recruitment.
• Provide practical support to study sites to maximize enrollment potential.
• Identify recruitment barriers and propose creative options with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Share best practices with healthcare professionals at clinical study sites.
• Conduct recruitment training sessions for study staff and site teams.
• Maintain and analyze records to tailor strategies for pre-screening and enrollment.
• Complete internal reporting, organize group events, and manage objections effectively.
• Keep up-to-date technical knowledge of the assigned specialty and disease areas.
