Agency seeks a Spanish (Chile) language specialist to shape AI training data and evaluation. You will test model responses for grammar, orthography, chilenismos, and cultural references, documenting failures to improve reasoning.

The role is remote, contract-based, mid-senior level, with hourly pay ranging from $8 to $65 depending on experience and location. A relevant linguistic degree is ideal, with teaching/translation experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Chilean Spanish language and regional nuances.
• Ability to evaluate grammar, spelling and cultural relevance for AI prompts.
• Experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Converse with AI model in Spanish (Chile) across topics to verify linguistic accuracy.
• Document failure modes and reproducible error traces for model improvements.
• Suggest prompt engineering and evaluation improvements based on findings.
