Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Training) to help shape how the next generation of AI understands and generates software. This fully remote, flexible contract role focuses on building, evaluating, and improving AI-generated code to train AI systems to reason like developers.

You’ll write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback that improves safety, reliability, and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/SE.
• Strong ability to read, write and reason about code with clarity.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability and best practices.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs and provide fixes.
