YO AI Labs is seeking a Research Engineer to contribute to code generation, software engineering, and AI model evaluation in a remote contractor role. You will analyze, refine, and evaluate real-world coding tasks to train and improve next-gen AI systems.

You should bring deep knowledge of multiple programming languages, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience with open-source projects. This position emphasizes independent work in a remote setting.

Formación

• Strong foundation in competitive programming and data structures.
• Proficiency in at least one listed language (Python, Java, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript).
• Experience debugging, feature implementation, code refactoring, and performance optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, debug, and resolve issues across codebases.
• Implement new features and enhancements for code generation workflows.
• Refactor and optimize code for performance and maintainability.
