Job summary

Hire Hangar Global is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical customer journey across discovery, design, POV execution, and early production success. You will work in a remote capacity, interfacing with enterprise clients in AI readiness, governance, and data security.

The role requires strong collaboration with Sales, deep expertise in cloud and on-prem architectures, and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role in Tech/SaaS/AI environments.
• Strong experience with enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and cloud/hybrid (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid networking and security fundamentals.
• Experience working with unstructured data environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical teams and executives.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and AI workflows.
• Remote work experience and preferred experience with US/UK-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers; translate business objectives into scalable solution architectures.
• Deliver live demos, technical deep dives, and executive-level presentations.
• Design and document deployment architectures across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Own end-to-end POV engagements, including installation, configuration, integration, validation, and outcome measurement.
• Troubleshoot deployment and performance issues; validate throughput, accuracy, and measurable business impact.
• Drive transition from POV to production through documentation, knowledge transfer, and expansion planning.
• Act as the technical voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
