Lifted, an Upwork Company™ is seeking a Salesforce Developer with deep hands-on experience across Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to advance customer engagement and lifecycle marketing use cases.

The role combines development, data unification, audience segmentation, integrations, and omnichannel campaign activation. You will ensure scalable, secure, and well-governed platform solutions while contributing to documentation and best practices.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven production delivery with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on Data Cloud experience for ingestion, unification, segmentation and activation.
• Strong SQL, API, and platform customization skills.
• Experience with cross-channel campaign enablement and debugging.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and develop Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities (ingestion, unification, segmentation).
• Build and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and triggered sends.
• Enable omnichannel engagement across email, mobile, and other channels.
• Collaborate with teams to design data models and activation strategies.
• Develop reusable integration services and ensure platform interoperability.
• Support testing, releases, deployments, and issue resolution.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance of data and platforms.
• Produce clear technical documentation and best-practice patterns.
