Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Project Manager to own delivery of PPC, SEO and paid media work for US clients. You will manage campaigns, roadmaps and reporting, while maintaining schedules and budgets. Excellent English communication and hands-on PPC/SEO experience are essential.

This is a full-time remote role open to candidates in Latin America or South Africa. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and keep clients informed as projects progress to completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
