Job summary

Outlier seeks a QA Coder to review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft well-formed prompts for AI models. You will work with engineers across the LATAM region on real AI training tasks, with flexible hours and a 1099 contract structure.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase is desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions - accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models and push coding能力.
