Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases. This 100% remote, full-time contractor role focuses on converting leads into bookings for cases ranging from $3,000 to $25,000+.

You will handle long sales cycles, manage objections, and maintain CRM records to drive conversions. The role requires 5+ years of sales experience, fluency in English, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven experience closing high-value deals (>$3,000).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
• Work with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
