BairesDev, a global technology partner, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to resolve GenAI and chat tooling issues while ensuring smooth Zendesk and Jira workflows. This fully remote role targets candidates with 4+ years in technical support engineering and English proficiency.

Join a multinational team; work from anywhere with flexible hours, USD or local currency pay, and a hardware setup provided. You’ll collaborate with TPMs, BAs, Scrum Masters, and engineers to diagnose escalations

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in technical support engineering.
• Experience with GenAI or AI-powered tools.
• Experience with Zendesk administration and configuration.
• Experience with Jira workflow and ticket management.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve GenAI chatbot and search issues.
• Configure and administer Zendesk for scalable ticket handling.
• Manage Jira workflows to keep tickets clean and actionable.
• Support live chat platform operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with TPMs, BAs, Scrum Masters, and engineers to resolve escalations.
