The ideal candidate has over 5 years of applied data science experience, particularly in performance marketing and adtech. As part of a remote-first team, you'll collaborate across stakeholders while maintaining high engagement in data and models.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on data science experience.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact.
• Experience with multi-armed bandit techniques and optimization models.

Responsabilidades

• Own the data science engine for the Insurance vertical from problem identification to deployed model.
• Deliver buying models that maintain positive ROAS.
• Drive improvements in lead quality across brands.
