Formulated Automation is partnering with a U.S. production accounting firm to hire a Production Accounting Specialist for a remote engagement.

You will support back-office financial operations across multiple feature-film productions, handling accounting platform setups, budget loading, data entry, and ledger maintenance. Ideal candidates have about 3 years in production accounting, experience with GreenSlate or similar platforms, and strong English communication for collaboration with U.S.

Formación

• Approximately 3 years of production accounting experience.
• Experience with production-specific accounting workflows for entertainment projects.
• Advanced English communication skills for collaboration with U.S. teams.
• Experience with at least one major accounting platform: GreenSlate, SmartAccounting, PSL, Wrapbook, Cashet.
• Strong data entry speed and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Set up accounting systems and load budgets for new film productions.
• Process deposits and coordinate payments with unions (e.g., SAG/IATSE).
• Maintain ledgers across multiple projects during production.
• Assist with post-production closeouts and vendor bill reconciliation.
• Support audits and tax rebate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain audit-ready financial records.
