Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to design and manage bespoke travel plans for couples, from vision to confirmed bookings. You will coordinate flights, resorts, transfers, and experiences for wedding groups, ensuring smooth guest experiences and timely payments.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a love for romance and travel, with training provided.

Formación

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organize multiple moving pieces (guest lists, room options, payment schedules, travel documents).
• Willingness to learn new tools (CRMs, supplier portals, booking platforms, group-travel systems).

Responsabilidades

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans (flights, stays, transfers, excursions).
• Present tailored options and guide couples through booking.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups and payments timelines.
• Provide pre-departure, on-trip, and post-wedding support.
• Incorporate romantic excursions, honeymoon ideas, and special experiences.
• Maintain clear, consultative communication throughout the process.
