Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to help train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code, rating responses, and writing clear prompts. This freelance, 1099 contract offers flexible, remote work across Latin America with dedicated support and project guidance.

Core project work pays up to $34 USD/hr, with additional incentives based on performance. Prior software engineering experience and strong written and spoken English are ideal to contribute to live production codebases.

Qualifications
