IQVIA, a leading clinical research organization, seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote capabilities. You will guide the Centralized Monitoring team, ensure high-quality deliverables, and collaborate with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality, and cost while complying with IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires several years of remote/onsite CRA experience, leadership skills, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations for clinical trials.
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, project staff).
• Develop study analytics strategy and monitoring plans with RBM tools.
• Attend study team or client meetings and support issue escalation.
• Ensure documentation completeness and audit readiness (eTMF).
