Veta Virtual seeks a Cash Operations Specialist to own daily cash positions, bank reconciliations, and liquidity for a fintech and cryptocurrency platform operating across international markets. You will work closely with Accounting, Treasury, and Payroll to ensure accuracy and timely month-end close.

This 100% remote role supports LATAM or Europe bases, with a competitive USD salary and 15 vacation days. You will report on KPIs, support audits, and help optimize cash flows while maintaining

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of treasury operations, accounting, or banking experience.
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support reconciliation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily cash positions, bank transactions, and liquidity.
• Own and document reconciliations and related accounts.
• Create and post general ledger journals tied to bank activity.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and AP to ensure month-end close.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations with supporting docs.
• Monitor KPIs for cash operations and report performance.
• Support audits and respond to tax enquiries with clear documentation.
