Outlier, a remote program that trains AI models via human feedback, invites experienced software engineers from LatAm to join as QA Coders. Work is contract-based with flexible schedule, paid per hour up to $34 USD, plus incentives.

You'll review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear CS prompts to challenge and improve AI code generation. No AI experience required; bachelor's in CS and production codebase experience recommended.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code: Read through code produced by AI models and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses: Score responses across key dimensions — accuracy, instruction following, and presentation — to help improve model output.
• Write computer science questions: Develop clear, well-structured prompts that challenge AI models and push the boundaries of their coding ability.
