Outlier is inviting experienced software engineers to join as QA Coders in a remote LATAM program. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses on accuracy and following instructions, and craft clear CS prompts to push AI capabilities.

No AI experience required beyond software development background. Work from anywhere in Latin America and earn up to $34 USD/hr, with additional incentives based on mission performance.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve output.
• Write computer science questions: develop clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models.
