Patria Investments, based in Santiago, Chile, seeks a Compliance Associate to support the Local and Regional Team under the Compliance Director. You will help oversee regulatory compliance across local operations and regional projects, coordinating with LatAm colleagues.

Responsibilities include tracking regulatory changes, drafting action plans, and conducting assurance reviews while promoting a strong compliance culture and ethics across the organization.

Formación

• Experience in a Compliance position and Asset Management is valued.
• Strong knowledge in Compliance matters and local Regulation.
• Ability to operate as a trusted advisor with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support Regulatory, Compliance and Governance relevant matters for the company at a local level.
• Work closely with colleagues in LatAm processes and feedback best practices.
• Keep up to date with new regulatory and legal developments and inform the Compliance Director.
• Inform, track, and update action plans related to new regulations and law projects to the Board quarterly.
• Test compliance of the company with laws, regulations and internal policies through assurance reviews.
• Prepare presentations for Surveillance Committees and promote a strong compliance culture.
