Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Commercial Operations Analyst for Colombia, Chile, and Brazil. You'll provide data-driven insights to optimize portfolio performance, support new product launches, and improve inventory efficiency across the LATAM region.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and cross-functional teams, develop dashboards, and drive governance best practices to enable strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, portfolio management, sales operations, or related analytical roles.
• Experience driving process improvements and implementing governance models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze portfolio performance to generate insights for strategic decisions.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Cross-Functional teams to support lifecycle management and launches.
• Lead portfolio optimization by reducing complexity, improving SKU management, and minimizing excess inventory.
• Develop and promote tools, governance frameworks, and best practices for standardization.
• Monitor progress of portfolio optimization projects and present updates in governance forums.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support regional and local planning.
