Who we're looking for

We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead the hiring process for our scaling start-up. You'll take ownership of sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support our rapid growth. With experience in scaling organizations, you understand the unique challenges of start-ups and thrive on creating seamless, effective hiring processes. As our Recruiter, you'll manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from crafting job postings to conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. If you're resourceful, organized, and passionate about finding the right people to drive success, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Candidate Outreach

  • Write and post compelling job descriptions on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards.
  • Actively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen applications to identify top candidates that align with job requirements and company culture.


2. Interviewing & Candidate Experience

  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the process.


3. Onboarding & Hiring Process Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set up for success.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure all hiring paperwork, tools, and systems are in place for a smooth transition.


4. Process Optimization

  • Develop and refine recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals efficiently.
  • Track and report on hiring metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Build a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.


5. Employer Branding

  • Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our mission and culture to attract top talent.
  • Partner with marketing to share job opportunities and highlight company values on social platforms.


What You Bring:

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a scaling start-up environment.
    • Proven ability to manage the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
    • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Proactive problem solver with a resourceful and creative approach to finding talent.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in start-ups, tech, or fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
  • Knowledge of best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
