Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site security for school events, ensuring the safety of students, staff, and attendees through effective access control.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and event perimeters to prevent unauthorized access.
• Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents or safety threats.
• Serve as a visible and approachable presence.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs.
• Perform regular patrols during events.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or event security roles.
• Certifications:
• BSIS Guard Card
• Appropriate Use of Force Certification
• Powers to Arrest Certification
• First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants.

Physical and Mental Readiness: High physical fitness, mental resilience, and strong decision-making skills.

Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication.

Reporting Skills: Ability to create thorough, accurate reports.

Conflict Resolution: Proven experience handling conflicts with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence.

Schedule:

• 6-12 Hour Shifts.
• Day and Night Shifts.
