I’m helping Century 21 Accent Homes find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Property Management Business Development Coordinator (Remote – LATAM).

Compensation:
USD24K - 30K/year
+ Bonuses (up to 40% of base compensation)

Remote (anywhere).

- You are proficient in business development, lead generation, cold outreach, and CRM tools.
- Spanish - Fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:
Referral Outreach & Lead Generation:
- Identify and contact potential referral partners using LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Create and maintain outreach pipelines and track conversations in our CRM.
- Help coordinate calls, introductions, and follow-ups for our sales team.
Relationship Development:
- Manage and grow our referral database and warm contact lists.
- Follow up consistently to keep referral sources engaged and informed.
- Monitor social media and online groups for strategic networking opportunities.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work with the sales and marketing team to launch campaigns that attract new clients.
- Help maintain consistent messaging and brand presence in outreach.
- Track performance metrics and suggest process improvements for lead conversion.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- 2+ years in business development, sales, lead generation, or outreach coordination.
- Experience working with U.S.-based teams or companies is a strong plus.
- Real estate or property management background is helpful but not required.
Skills:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $24,000 – $30,000 USD/year.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $30,000 – $42,000+ USD/year.
