Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner (Recommendation Systems) based in Chile to own the post-purchase experience, focusing on activation, matching, relevance, and personalized recommendations.

• Hands-on B2C product experience focused on customer journey design and activation.
• Experience with discovery-driven products with large catalogs or listings.
• Understanding of search, feeds, matching, recommendations, or personalization.
• Experience with segmentation and enriching offers/listings with data.
• Experience in marketplaces, aggregators, or discovery-driven products.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, define requirements, and measurable success criteria.
• Proven track record delivering product from ideation to evaluation.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments.
• Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions.
• Strong product metrics mindset and growth-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own the post-purchase customer journey focusing on activation, relevance, and value delivery.
• Improve recommendation quality and offer volume to balance relevance and avoid overload.
• Increase likelihood of quality matches in the first week for new customers.
• Design engagement mechanics like nudges, reminders, and reactivation features.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and data/ML teams to ship improvements.
• Run experiments (A/B tests), analyze results, and scale successful solutions.
• Translate opportunities into testable hypotheses with clear success metrics.
• Own requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines end-to-end.
