About the Role

As a strategic link between the company and potential clients, you will be responsible for understanding their needs and offering technical solutions. You will proactively identify sales opportunities, design customized solutions, and work closely with sales teams to ensure the viability and effectiveness of proposals. Your goal is to build trust and create value for clients, contributing to the organization's commercial success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define the product portfolio in collaboration with the manufacturer.
  • Maintain a healthy stock to support business development.
  • Manage pricing policies and margins to ensure profitability.
  • Achieve significant market share for the brands you lead.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly, monthly, and yearly projections.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with top partners to review pipelines, forecast, and define commercial strategies using the corporate platform.

Experience and Expectations

Candidates should hold a degree in Commercial Engineering or related fields, with experience in the tech industry. A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a wholesaler, is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with advanced proficiency in Office, are essential.
