Applaudo is seeking a product-minded designer to turn complex business challenges into simple, scalable digital experiences. You will own product design initiatives from discovery to implementation, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to define user flows and validate solutions across web, mobile, and kiosk touchpoints.

You bring 4+ years of UX/UI design, advanced Figma skills, and a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and scalable design systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own product design initiatives from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Managers to understand business objectives and user needs.
• Map user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models for complex experiences.
• Create sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to validate solutions.
• Design consistent experiences across web, mobile, and other touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Engineering to evaluate constraints and ensure accurate implementation.
• Contribute to shared design-system components and documentation.
• Participate in usability studies and incorporate findings into decisions.
• Present design decisions clearly, balancing customer needs and timelines.
• Work across multiple product teams with alignment across the ecosystem.
