About the Role

Support a team focused on monitoring and governance of projects to identify opportunities for value creation and preservation, setting strategies for standardization, replication, and continuity. Coach and develop team leaders to achieve high performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Support implementation of BOS and other initiatives.
• Coach and develop the VP team for high performance through BHP Operating System.
• Support best practices of routines aligned with BOS.
• Maintain interaction with stakeholders to ensure progress of BOS practices, translate strategy into operational plans, gather feedback, and identify improvements to ensure service excellence. Share good practices and opportunities for knowledge sharing.

Conduct presentations and workshops using storytelling to engage audiences.

Lead change management activities for moderate complexity changes, applying relevant tools and methods.

Identify and evaluate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of systems and processes.

About You

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project portfolio management, controls, data analysis, reporting, BOS, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills to transmit ideas effectively.
• Ability to develop key relationships within and across teams.
• Experience in presenting data clearly to stakeholders.
• Skill in facilitating alignment and decision-making amidst conflicting views, aligned with Charter Values.
• Ability to work on projects of various sizes and share knowledge within teams.
• Capable of planning and executing cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Prioritization skills and understanding of critical business needs.
