Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Principal Data Platform Architect to set the technical direction for a modern data platform built on Microsoft Fabric, owning decisions from lakehouse design through multi-tenant publishing.

As the most senior technical voice, you will define capacity, security, and semantic models, and guide engineering teams while presenting architectural decisions to senior stakeholders. This is a 100% remote role with generous USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture or platform engineering.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, lakehouse design, and semantic models.
• Proven experience owning Azure security boundaries and capacity management at scale.
• Strong background in multi-tenant publishing for enterprise data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at principal level and guide senior stakeholders.
