BairesDev is seeking a Principal Data Platform Architect to shape the technical direction of a Microsoft Fabric-based data platform. You will own lakehouse design, multi-tenant publishing, and security governance.

As the senior technical voice on the platform, you will guide engineering teams, present decisions to executives, and drive capacity planning while enabling a 100% remote, globally distributed team.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture or platform engineering.
• Expertise in Microsoft Fabric and lakehouse design.
• Experience owning Azure security boundaries at scale.
• Experience with multi-tenant publishing for enterprise platforms.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

Principal Data Platform Architect at BairesDev

In this role, you'll set the technical direction for a modern data platform built on Microsoft Fabric, owning decisions from lakehouse design through multi-tenant publishing. As the most senior technical voice on the platform, you'll define how capacity, security, and semantic models come together at scale. This is your opportunity to operate at principal level, guiding engineering teams and shaping how senior stakeholders understand the platform's architecture.

• Demonstrated ability to operate at a principal level, guiding teams and senior stakeholders alike.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
