This role leads the standardization of social engagement and investment strategies at Pampa Norte, ensuring compliance with global standards, alignment with business goals, and social value commitments through 2030. It involves providing technical advice, developing metrics, and building community trust.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs and Communications in Santiago, with travel to Antofagasta, the role's main responsibilities include:
Ideal candidates are proactive, resilient, and results-oriented with strong teamwork, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Office tools, understanding of environmental regulations, and risk management are essential.
Qualifications include engineering or related sciences, extensive experience in social project management, strategy development, and community relations, with fluency in Spanish and advanced English.
