Job summary

Xylem is seeking a qualified engineer to join our onsite team in Antofagasta and support planning, control, and quality management for service operations. The candidate will manage Gantt planning, ERP/sAP processes, warranty coordination, and MR P improvements, ensuring efficient repairs and compliance with ISO standards.

Eligible candidates should have 4+ years experience in operations, travel availability, and intermediate English.

Qualifications

Graduado Universitario required.
Proficie ncia en Ingeniería Mecánica, Hidráulica, Eléctrica o Industrial (excluyente).
Más de 4 años en operaciones y planificación.
Conocimientos en máquinas rotativas y reparación.
Experiencia con ERP y SAP.

Responsibilities

Elaborate Gantt charts for planning and controlling field service work.
Identify priorities based on client criticality and dispatch schedule.
Track work from intake to dispatch.
Maintain S-curve control charts.
Monitor quality and warranty indicators.
Coordinate warranty actions with the technical area to close the process.
Oversee quality tests and reporting from receipt to dispatch.
Ensure spare parts stock supports the work program.
Ensure service technicians follow SGI procedures, standards, and manufacturer requirements.
Review and improve service procedures and manuals.
Prepare SAP quotes for the service area and manage backlog and order log.
Review and propose MR P improvements to optimize repair times.
