Marsh in Santiago is seeking a Placement Associate I to join our Mining team. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week and offers exposure to insurers, reinsurers, and market renewals.

You will support commercial executives, manage client relationships, and help secure the best terms for new business and renewals while developing industry English communication and teamwork skills.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience within the insurance or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
• Keen to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades
