Marsh in Santiago is seeking a Placement Associate I to join our team. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week. You will support commercial executives and manage insurer relationships to secure favorable market terms for renewals and new business.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience, strong English and communication skills, and a collaborative, eager-to-learn attitude in a team environment.
