Job summary
Alts Digital is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own LatAm iGaming content initiatives. You will drive an AI-augmented, product-driven approach to scalable, high-quality content and features that grow organic traffic.
You will collaborate with Product and Content to implement an organic roadmap, manage core website features, and monitor markets across sportsbooks, with a remote-first, international team.
Qualifications
- Strong SEO experience with ownership of a large content site.
- Experience in iGaming is highly desirable.
- Comfortable managing websites rather than simply producing content.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, internal linking and content strategy.
- Curious about Product and excited to build features that generate organic traffic.
- Comfortable using AI daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar).
- Experience thinking in systems and automation rather than manual execution.
- Strong analytical skills using GA4, Search Console and Ahrefs.
- Native Spanish and Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management of the website and its core content features.
- Execute the organic roadmap together with Product.
- Keep core website sections continuously updated through day-to-day improvements and content maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing features or launch new product-led content experiences.
- Coordinate with the PR & Outreach team to support campaigns, digital PR initiatives and content opportunities.
- Monitor the local betting markets, following campaigns, promotions, new operators and product launches across major sportsbooks.
- Transform market insights into new landing pages, website features and organic growth initiatives.
- Use AI as part of your daily workflow to improve research, content management and operational efficiency.
- Design scalable workflows that reduce manual work through automation.
- Track organic performance and continuously optimise based on traffic, engagement and business impact.

We're excited to welcome a new Organic Growth Manager to join our iGaming unit.
We're looking for someone to take ownership of some of our products in the LatAm iGaming market.
This role goes beyond traditional SEO or content management. You'll be responsible for ensuring our core website features remain accurate, relevant and continuously evolving, while identifying scalable opportunities to grow organic traffic and business impact.
This is a hands-on role, requiring writing, editing, managing, and automating content directly. You'll work across SEO, Product and Content, taking ownership of both strategy and execution while using AI and automation to build scalable workflows.
The ideal candidate understands that the future of SEO isn't publishing more articles, it's building better products, smarter workflows and scalable content experiences.

Product mindset with the ability to prioritize based on business impact.
Salary range: from €25,000 up to €35,000 gross annual.
