We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Operations Payins team. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure our operations run smoothly and that all processes are optimized internally and externally.

What will I be doing?

• Manage data and reporting
• Support different departments within the company
• Identify operational issues and potential concerns
• Improve overall efficiency
• Recommend solutions based on research and analysis, and support these with presentations and reports
• Analyze performance results and promote optimizations to enhance conversion rates
• Collaborate with other teams to provide necessary information, such as transaction data, feedback from local providers, and analysis of current issues affecting clients and processes

What skills do I need?

• Adaptability to a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; self-starter; willing to work across time zones with global teams
• Experience in the payment or fintech industry
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills
• Attention to detail to identify flaws and issues
• Curiosity and positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge of programming languages
• Ability to write data queries in tools like QuickSight, NRQL, Power BI, Logz.io, etc.
• Fluent English communication skills
