Position: Operator / Production Worker

Area: Coating, in the Concón zone.

Purpose of the position

Manufacture the products requested by clients according to the quality, safety, and environmental standards defined by the organization, and following operational instructions of their areas.

Requirements to succeed

• High school technical degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in technical functions.
• Desirable knowledge (not mandatory):
• Molding.
• Metal Structures.
• Welding.
• Computer skills, Office level (Excel, Word).

Main responsibilities

• Know the operational instructions of their area (Production, Quality, Safety, and Environment).
• Execute various work orders.
• Use resources involved in production properly.
• Ensure productivity indices set by the Operations Management and comply with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of their area.
• Comply with procedures related to accreditation, certification, and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, and Ch3262 standards (Gender equality and work-life balance).
