Job summary

Harding+ is seeking motivated Chanel Beauty Advisors to join onboard cruise retail teams. You will promote, demonstrate and sell Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests from around the world, while delivering personalised service and expert artistry on a moving stage at sea.

Expect accommodation and meals on board, visa support, and bespoke in-house training across sales, product and brand. Contracts run up to 6 months with home breaks between cycles.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background and knowledge of premium beauty products (Chanel preferred).
• Excellent face-to-face customer service and sales ability.
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Proven ability in public speaking and showcasing luxury items.
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• A strong team player who is goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Living and working on a cruise ship, anywhere in the world.
• Promotes Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests.
• Demonstrates products with full makeovers and demonstrates techniques.
• Provides advice on product range based on skin type and preferences.
• Meets and exceeds Chanel sales target objectives through consultative selling.
• Executes events and drives guest traffic to stores through promotions and seminars.
• Assists with stock control and inventory management onboard.
• Ensures compelling product presentation following brand guidelines.
