Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in Miami, FL seeks a Manager of Patient Access to lead admitting, registration and financial services at acute care locations. You will coach staff, implement plans to improve customer service and revenue cycle outcomes, and partner with the Director of Patient Access to align processes with Ensemble policies.

Qualifications

• CRCR and CHAM certifications are required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare management/administration.
• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in healthcare.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience in patient access and call center environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage admitting, registration, and financial services operations at acute care locations.
• Coach and develop patient access staff; set short- and long-term goals.
• Prepare monthly reports and align processes with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure daily coverage.
• Analyze performance data to drive improvements in customer service and revenue cycle.
