Observability Engineer at BairesDev is a fully remote role focusing on building enterprise-wide observability platforms. You will design, implement, and optimize monitoring for metrics, logs, and traces across distributed systems with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to define SLOs/SLIs and alerting strategies, while enabling scalable storage and dashboards for real-time visibility, with advanced English communication in a global, remote

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, or Observability.
• Proven expertise in designing and operating observability infrastructure for metrics, logs, and traces.
• Proficiency with monitoring and visualization tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Hands-on experience implementing distributed tracing using OpenTelemetry.
• Experience optimizing enterprise observability platforms like Datadog to provide system visibility.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
