The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer service within logistics and must be proficient in English and Spanish. Key responsibilities:

  • Creation and execution of customer shipments according to the implementation plan and customer requirements with regards to QHSE and reporting
  • Understanding of external factors impacting Customer’s supply Chain &understand their sense of urgency, service needs, drivers and desires.
  • Ability to align with customer expectations upfront & to be able torespond with suggested solutions
  • Be the primary point of contact for own customers and ensure smoothexecution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, including the inland delivery, by working closely withthe customer as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevantdeviations from the transport plan, including potential solutions oralternatives.
  • Onboard customers and build strong and collaborative relationships, with w illingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus onproviding solutions.
  • Liaising and preparing transport plan with suppliers

We are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service working for Logistics companies, and 2 years of experience handling special cargo (project cargo).
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • University studies completed in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Very organized, proactive, and Dynamic.
  • Prioritization capabilities.
  • Understanding of the local regulations.
  • Strong execution mindset.
  • Solution-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Team player.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Cost-conscious, optimization, and continuous improvement versed.
