RINA in Santiago seeks a Mobility Senior Project Engineer to join the Project Engineering Division. You will lead the Infrastructure & Mobility team, coordinating engineers and partners, and providing technical leadership across study, design and delivery phases.

The role requires a senior background in civil/transport engineering, with strong bids experience, and fluency in Spanish and English. International collaboration and growth mindset are highly valued.

Formación

• Over 10 years of technical experience in infrastructure design, mobility, or transportation projects in LatAm.
• Proven experience as a technical lead, coordinator, or senior engineer.
• Experience with tenders, technical bids, or proposals.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English; Portuguese is an added value.
• Proactive mindset with strong growth and problem solving orientation.
• International experience outside LatAm is valued.
• Capable of high-level strategic planning to optimize project execution.

Responsabilidades

RINA is currently recruiting for a Mobility Senior Project Engineer to join its office in Santiago within the Project Engineering Division.

Mission

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator / Technical Leader with a strong interdisciplinary background in Transport Infrastructure Engineering who can strengthen the company’s technical capabilities in Latin America, build and lead a solid and autonomous technical team, and actively support the growth of the company in the Region, by providing overall leadership to the Technical Activities, and being active part in the preparation of technical proposals and participation in tenders.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the technical growth of the Infrastructure & Mobility (I&M) team in LatAm


• Build, develop, and coordinate teams of engineers, suppliers and project partners


• Coordinate with RINA International teams (e.g. Europe) to support project development


• Provide technical support to projects during the study, design, and delivery phases

Education

Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Transport Engineering

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of technical experience in infrastructure design, mobility, or transportation projects in the LatAm region


• Proven experience as a technical lead, coordinator, or senior engineer


• Experience with tenders, technical bids, or proposals


• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, Portuguese is an added value
