Xe.com is seeking a mid-level DevOps engineer to own real problems end-to-end, from infrastructure design to incident response. You will help build multi-region AWS infrastructure and AI-accelerated tooling that powers Xe’s cross-border payments platform.

You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, and security, maintain production infrastructure, ensure reliability, and accelerate release cycles using GitHub Actions and IaC. Strong AWS and communication skills will thrive.

Formación

• 3–6 years building and operating production infrastructure end-to-end.
• Strong production experience with AWS, multi-region setups, IAM, networking and managed services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling (Terraform, CDK).
• CI/CD ownership (GitHub Actions or equivalent) including release gating and automation.
• Container orchestration in production.
• Observability stack design and incident response with on-call rotation.
• Daily use of agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own CI/CD pipeline reliability and developer experience across squads, including release gating and rollback safety.
• Build and operate multi-region cloud infrastructure on AWS (identity, networking, disaster recovery).
• Partner with engineering on AI-accelerated SDLC tooling adoption.
• Own production observability and incident response for shared infrastructure, including on-call rotation.
• Use agentic coding tools daily across the SDLC.
