Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to coordinate electromechanical installations and ensure compliance with project specs and regulations. You will monitor site activities, review drawings, and drive commissioning planning for industrial/data center projects.

The role requires expertise in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and automation systems, plus commissioning and strong client communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Formación

• Ten years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience coordinating MEP design and construction on Industrial/Data Center projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Automation Systems.
• Commissioning experience is required.
• PMI certification is a plus.
• Experience in LEED projects is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish to lead project meetings, issue written communications, minutes and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze construction drawings and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project and client standards.
• Develop construction schedules and cost estimates; contribute to WBS and cost reviews; support value engineering.
• Contribute to risk analysis and update the project risk matrix.
• Interpret and implement safety standards and best practices.
• Oversee installation of process, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Inspect fabrication and installation of piping and equipment; oversee commissioning planning and execution.
• Plan and manage work for self and others; facilitate design reviews.
• Communicate with client operations on day-to-day site activities.
