EōS Fitness is seeking a Service Associate to warmly welcome members and guests, provide information on services and memberships, and address inquiries with professionalism. The role involves using the gym management system for check-ins, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, safe front desk area.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; CPR certification is needed within 30 days of hire. Join a team focused on great service and member experience.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or front desk role is preferred.
• Interest or experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Provide information about gym services, programs and memberships.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Check-in members and guests using the gym’s management system.
• Oversee front desk area and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Process payments for memberships and classes.
• Follow safety protocols to protect members and staff.
• Support a clean and well-maintained facility through checks and restocking.
