Energizer Holdings is seeking a Marketing Activation Executive to drive national marketing initiatives and promotional programs across batteries and related categories. The role focuses on coupons, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen brand equity and meet commercial goals.

Lead coupon strategies, manage vendors, oversee A&P budgets, and support creative briefs. Hybrid work model with global brand exposure and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent in business-related field.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English communication skills both written and spoken.
• Experience in CPG/FMCG is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, execution and evaluation of coupon promotion strategies for Batteries.
• Manage relationships with coupon vendors and act as SME on coupon tools.
• Oversee Batteries A&P and coupon budgets, reporting and PO creation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align with budgets; serve as budgeting tool superuser for North America.
• Maintain the Brand Activation Portal and ensure easy access to current assets.
• Partner with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Marketing Operations and Shopper Activation for flawless execution.
