Evalueserve is seeking a seasoned manager to collaborate with a major multinational investment client. You will lead analysis of Fixed Income Markets in LatAm, defining data conventions and risk factors while coordinating with the client and internal teams.

The role requires strong Python, SQL, and Excel skills, with a background in economics/finance and leadership abilities to drive project outcomes across cross-functional teams in a global setting.

Formación

• BS/MS in statistics, engineering, economics or finance or equivalent.
• Master's in economics/finance/quantitative field preferred.
• Advanced Python programming required.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a project managing fixed income market analysis for LatAm with a multinational client.
• Analyze LatAm fixed income markets and data conventions.
• Conduct regular client and team meetings to define objectives and timelines.
• Model risk factors and data structures for sectors, maturities, spreads, and currency issuance.

Important Responsibilities In This Role Will Include

• Work directly with our client, a large multinational investment company, as a manager.
• Work closely with the client in analyzing Fixed Income Markets in LatAm.
• Understand the nuances and data conventions in the LatAm bond markets for main corporate indices and their constituents.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members and client defining objectives.
• Conduct regular meetings with team to plan, define task, ownership, and timelines.
• Track progress and report to client.
• Try to identify and establish data structures around critical elements to produce risk factors like sectors, maturities, spreads, currency of issuance, etc.
• Work with the team to understand and model risk models in the LatAm bond markets.

Skills We’re Looking For

• BS/MS – statistics, engineering, economics, finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s degree in economics / finance / quantitative finance or in any other quantitative field preferred.
• Advanced level of Python programming language.
• Database skills: high level in SQL or equivalent.
• Strong command of Excel and data manipulation.
• Good understanding of Financial Markets, Fixed Income, Risk and Risk Factors.
• Detail and quality oriented.
• Leadership and ability to work with others.
• Strong collaboration skills.
